Renaissance Christian School of Excellence JOIN THE RCSE FAMILY Renaissance Christian School of Excellence brings an innovative approach to classical education using a university schedule for kindergarten through seventh grade with the intent to add one additional grade each year through twelfth grade. In this model, students attend classes on campus two or three days a week and then follow parent friendly lesson plans at home on the alternate days allowing the parent to be an integral part of the student's education experience. Renaissance Christian School of Excellence is seeking dedicated teachers for our K3-K5 class and teachers for the 1st - 7th grades in the following subject areas: English/Language Arts, History, Science, Mathematics and Latin. This is considered a part-time position due to our unique model of university-scheduling. * have an active and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ * have a love for children and feel led by God to the University-Model Approach of teaching. * have obtained at least a Bachelors degree and have classroom teaching experience * have proficiency in the field of study in which they teach * are in agreement with our Statement of Faith and Educational Philosophy * have knowledge on how to incorporate a classical, projected-based curriculum in a multi-age classroom * be able to teach an elective as well as a core subject is also advantageous. NOTE: Bible teachers must also be faithful, active members in good standing of a congregation of the Church of Christ.
